Postage  

UK 1st Class Recorded Delivery is included on all orders.

If you require your purchase to be sent overseas then please contact me before placing your order for correct postage details.

We endeavour to Dispatch your order within 5 working days of cleared payment, most orders are sent out within 2 working days but you will be notified of dispatch time when you order.

Custom Orders can take longer depending if I need to order the fabric in from suppliers. 

How long your order will take to reach you will depend on your location. 
 
The following information is provided for guidance only.

 UK Mainland 3-5 working days
Europe 5-10 working days
US & Canada 10-15 working days   

There may be occasions when delivery times are affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or industrial action by postal and/or transport services. If we become aware of any of these events then will be inform you of possible delays.

 All orders are sent by first class recorded delivery, this is to safe guard against items going missing.

Returns

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase.  

Should you wish to return any part of your order, you must contact me within 48 hours after receiving your order.  If the item is not of satisfactory quality, I will refund postage costs in full.

 However if it is because you have changed your mind or no longer require the item, you will need to return it and no postage costs will be refunded.  
Refund will only be given when the item has been received by me.

Personalised Items are not included in the above and once ordered these can not be returned unless there is a error in the spelling or the quality is not satisfactory. 

You must retain all packaging, despatch notes, labelling and other documents.
